Chalcedony is a form of Quartz that occurs in many different forms, colours, and patterns, and has been used as a gemstone for centuries. This project employs approximately 30 people in the Jaipur province of India. The majority of the artisans work from home where the jewelry is crafted by hand using 92.5 silver before being electroplated in 9 carat gold. This project is family based, adhering to ethical and sustainable work practices, and involving itself in the local community with a hope of employing more local artisans as they grow.
